Non Member Booking Advice for Pygmy Possum Ski Lodge

The Elouera Ski Club provides accommodation for up to 54 members and guests alike at Pygmy Possum Lodge, Charlotte Pass in Kosciuszko National Park. Please note that the lodge has no in resident manager, and guests need to bring and cook their own food, clean their room and ensuite bathroom on departure, and share other tasks around the lodge. Guests also need to provide their own bed sheets and bath towels. Accommodation is sold on a twin share basis, the rooms have either two single beds, or a double bed, or a queen bed. There are a limited number of rooms suitable for families with young children - they have a queen or a double with one or two single beds as well.

Please refer to the ski club web pages to

If you wish to apply to make a booking for accommodation at the lodge you are invited to fill in the online form. However while non members are welcome at the lodge, the realities of the lodge being self managed mean that we cannot always accommodate such guests if there are no members staying at the lodge during the same period. It is usual for non members to be contacted personally before their booking can be offered to them.

Note also that the Perisher Valley Charlotte Pass road closes before the June long weekend and re-opens after the October long weekend, hence it is not possible to drive to Charlotte Pass during this time, nor is it possible to overnight park a vehicle at Perisher Valley. Winter access is usually via the Ski Tube from Bullocks Flat in Thredbo Valley to Perisher, and from there via Charlotte Pass oversnow transport. Due to the costs and time involved, it is therefore not practical to stay for fewer than 4 nights.

A Sunday to Sunday week long stay is the standard. A shorter stay may be possible outside of the winter season.
